How to organize your weekend trip to Bihać?

Bihać is one of the most beautiful cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, located in the northwest of the country, along the border with Croatia. This city is a true oasis of natural beauty, rich history and culture. If you are planning to visit Bihać, here are a few things you should not miss:

          Una National Park

  • Bihać is located near the Una National Park, which is one of the most famous parks in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Una River that flows through the park is known for its crystal clear water and impressive waterfalls.
  • The Martin Brod and Strbački Buk waterfalls are must-sees. These waterfalls are impressive and offer fantastic views and photo opportunities.

  • Organize your arrival in the resort by 12:00 to have as much time as possible to enjoy
  • After a full day of activities, you can enjoy the evening atmosphere of the resort. Start the evening with warm drinks, enjoy the silence of nature and relax by the campfire

  • Enjoy a rich breakfast from 08:00 and recharge your batteries for a new day.
  • It’s time for a real adventure through the Una National Park by rafting with a departure at 10:00, which begins right below the impressive 23-meter-high Štrbački Buk. For the rest of the approximately 19 km long section, you will explore natural caves, enjoy the perfect views of the Una National Park and absorb the energy of the surroundings. Depending on you, your return should be around 15:00.
  • Upon returning from rafting, order one of our specialties such as Una trout, savory pies (burek, sirnica), meat platter, etc. With our gastronomic offer, the only problem you may have is what to order.

    Sunday
  • After enjoying breakfast, drink another Bosnian coffee and check out.  
  • Use Sunday to walk around the city center of Bihać.
